Ocelot Chocolate is a small business, based in Edinburgh, Scotland, and is owned and run by married couple Matt and Ish. They left their jobs as chefs to pursue their dream of having their own business and making the most delicious confectionery, in the purest way possible. Ocelot use only the highest grade organic and fair-trade produce, and ethical business practices in every way they can. They also draw and design all of their own packaging and artwork themselves.
Flavour notes of ripe morello cherries, blackcurrants and tobacco created from the steaming jungles of Eastern Congo are cooled and sweetened with a light touch of Scottish sea salt. A real treat for lovers of salted chocolate.
